A leading facilities management company in Singapore seeks a skilled technician to oversee building systems. Candidates should have a minimum NITEC certificate in Building Services or M&E engineering and at least 3 years of experience in building facilities. Responsibilities include conducting daily checks, performing maintenance, and responding to requests. Willingness to work shifts is essential. Competitive salary offered.

- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends/Public Holidays.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct daily checks on essential building services.
- Operate Building Systems and record performance data.
- Carry out general preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Attend to in-house/customers' requests diligently.
- Assist in monitoring performance of appointed contractors.

- To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services;
- To operate Building Systems and record their performance data;
- To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned;
- To attend to In-house/Customers’ requests diligently;
- To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout and assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors;
- To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings;
- Good Hand-on/Handyman skills;
- To be part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT);
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Possess minimum NITEC/NTC certificate in Building Services or M&E engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building facilities and/or places of Warehouses and/or central kitchen;
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions;
- Computer-literate and adaptable to new technologies, with hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), ACMV, chilled water systems, compressed air systems, food digestor systems, hot water systems, and cold room systems;
- Willing to work shifts and weekends/Public Holidays
