A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage shipping documentation processes. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and applying for necessary health certifications. This position offers a salary range of $2,800 to $3,300 and requires working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL, invoices, and custom forms.
• Apply for required health and sale certifications.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements for shipping documentation.

Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
