Job description

Anchor is a pilot programme working towards optimising the health and overall well‑being of children from vulnerable families who are exposed to challenging circumstances or traumatic events, through a coordinated system of support.

The candidate is required to provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Department and performs liaison functions between departments/services in the hospital so as to facilitate communication and action. You will also be managing the day‑to‑day administrative duties and secretarial support activities of the office.

Job Requirements
  • Degree with 2 years or Diploma with 8 years' administrative experience in healthcare or relevant field
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with good organization and coordination skills
  • Possess high level of initiative, must be a team player, able to multitask and to meet tight deadlines regularly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Keen interest and passionate in the healthcare industry
  • Familiar with the use of basic IT programs.
