Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional responsible for managing the full set of accounts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in Accounting, experience in full-set of accounts, and proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and Xero. Responsibilities include issuing invoices and maintaining financial records while liaising with clients. This role offers a dynamic environment and competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and above.
- Experience in managing full-set of accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and official receipts.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Skills
Education
- Manage the full set of accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and official receipts.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Maintain and manage petty cash transactions.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and its clients.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.
- Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and above
- Experience in full-set of accounts
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with accounting systems: QuickBook and Xero
