• Provide direct support to Cluster Managers.
• Handle administrative tasks and clinic coordination.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Act as the liaison between clinics and the Corporate Office.
• Ensure all workflows comply with established SOPs.
• Be the first point of contact for clinics & Doctors on operational matters.
• Working in collaboration with doctors and staff to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service and processes
• Participate in and support training programs, new initiatives, and other corporate projects.
