Job Description

• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
• To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
• Support the car park operations
• Assist in any other duties assigned
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility
• Able to consider Degree holders with no experience as training will be provided
• Keen to commit for 3 Months contract to 1 year contract
• Completion bonus provided at the end of 1 year
• Office hours
