Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content (posts, videos, graphics), including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (XHS), etc.
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyse performance metrics and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries from social media and e-commerce channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in brand IP creation and content positioning to strengthen brand identity and consistency across platforms.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Familiar with major social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and similar channels.
  • Skilled in Canva, InShot, or other content creation / editing tools; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player with a positive learning attitude.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking audiences/overseas colleagues and suppliers will be an advantage
