Job summary

A logistics and events management company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer and warehouse communications. The ideal candidate will have at least a GCE O Level, 1 year of relevant experience, and a basic understanding of shipping and warehousing. Qualifications

  • Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in related field.
  • Basic understanding of shipping & warehousing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse.
  • Prepare and handle delivery documents.
  • Assist customers with stock queries and shipment schedules.
  • Liaise with warehouse for shipments.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports.
