- Keep systems running at their best through smart troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Empower users with onâsite and remote technical support, including handsâon training.
- Document your work with clear reports and share recommendations that make a real difference.
- Service Sales Growth â Turn Service into Opportunity
- Go beyond âfixingâ by promoting valueâadded services: maintenance contracts, consumables, training, and upgrades.
- Spot opportunities during service visits and convert them into sales wins.

- Partner with the commercial team to expand the service sales pipeline and hit new growth milestone.

- Hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Years of Experience: 0â5.
- 2 years of experience servicing 3D printers and/or lab equipment preferred.
