We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist / Bicycle Shop Assistant. In this role, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service, support daily store operations, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets. If you enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in bicycles, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly checkout and customer service.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handle store phone calls and email inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout and retail area.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing stock and product displays.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Carry out simple administrative tasks as required.
• Participate in weekly bike rides to engage with customers and build rapport.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School ("O" Level), Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A-Level, College, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience in retail bicycle sales is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of bicycles or the bicycle industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate starters preferred.
• Part-time applicants are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary: Estimated $2,200.00 to $4,000.00/month (inclusive of commissions based on sales performance).
• Variable performance bonus.
