Position Title: Teaching Assistant
Working Location: Central (near Raffles MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead teacher in daily classroom operations.
Assist lead teacher in preparing lessons and class administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance record keeping, etc.).
Offer individualized or small group tutoring to enhance academic understanding.
Help students cultivate social-emotional and life skills.
Support the implementation of behavioural strategies and Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
Assist with transitions, routines, and personal care as necessary.
Work with staff to address student requirements and track progress.
Attend all staff training/ professional development.

At least Nitec qualification in a related field.
With experience in supporting special needs students is highly preferred.
