About Wildlings

Wildlings is Singapore’s leading provider of Forest School programmes, nature play, and outdoor learning experiences for children aged 18 months to 11 years. We offer transformative, nature-rich experiences in immersive outdoor settings that foster curiosity, creativity, resilience, and a lifelong love for the natural world.

Founded in 2019, we now operate two dedicated nature spaces—at Dempsey and West Coast Park—designed to deliver authentic, high-quality outdoor education. Our programmes include forest school, nature playgroups, holiday camps, school visits, events, and parties. We are a mission-driven, collaborative organisation that values professionalism, flexibility, and a strong connection to our environment and each other.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Schools Coordinator & Outdoor Educator to take ownership of Wildlings’ school-facing programmes. You will be the primary point of contact for all school enquiries, managing the full programme lifecycle from enquiry through proposal, quotation, booking, planning, and delivery. You will lead weekday school excursions and CCAs, oversee and develop our schools offerings, and contribute to wider Forest School and outdoor education delivery as part of a small, dynamic team.

This role is Monday to Friday, with willingness to provide occasional weekend cover where required for business continuity (e.g. covering annual leave or staff sickness).

  • Plan and adapt programmes for different age groups, school contexts, and learning objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong multi‑tasking skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
TEACHING
  • Lead Monday to Friday school excursions and CCAs at Wildlings’ sites and partner school locations.
  • Deliver high‑quality outdoor education and Forest School sessions aligned with Wildlings’ ethos, safety standards, and educational frameworks.
  • Support broader Forest School and outdoor education programmes as required.
  • Work closely within a small, experienced team, supporting a wide range of programmes.
  • Support occasional weekend work where required to ensure programme continuity.
ADMINISTRATION
  • Spend approximately two to three afternoons per week on programme administration, planning, coordination, and documentation.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, schedules, and programme outlines clearly and professionally.
