Job Description
We are a Swiss premium oral care company dedicated to advancing preventive dentistry through innovation and education. We are seeking a Training & Education Manager, Asia Pac to lead and elevate our professional education strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimise country-specific education strategies aligned with global standards
- Define, track, and report KPIs for all educational initiatives
- Plan and manage the education budget for Asia Pac with full accountability
- Organise and deliver educational events, seminars, workshops, and webinars (online and on-site)
- Ensure consistent application of global educational standards and guidelines
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and expand professional education network
- Manage and grow the existing professional network of Curaden Academy iTOP lecturers and instructors
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on communications, advertising, and public relations materials
- Align with the Sales team to support educational activities with follow-up actions and commercial strategies

- Build and manage collaborations with universities, academic institutions, and training centres
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with professional associations
Qualifications & Skills
- Dental professional background is a strong advantage, with a solid understanding of clinical practice and preventive oral care
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the dental field, preferably with exposure to education or training programme
- Experience managing professional education initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and digital learning formats
- Demonstrated ability to understand business and brand strategy and translate it into impactful educational initiatives linked to dental product excellence
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and remote teams across Asia Pac
- Open‑minded, proactive, and transparent professional with a high level of reliability, integrity, and accountability
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to challenge conventional approaches and develop engaging, forward‑thinking educational solutions tailored to diverse markets
- Highly autonomous, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong project management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Flexible mindset with a willingness to travel across the Asia Pac region
