Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect (Education Cloud) for a large-scale Salesforce implementation project. This initiative will cover both agile development and ongoing maintenance, offering a strategic role in shaping the architecture for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Salesforce Education Cloud solutions will define technical architecture, data models, and solution design tailored to education workflows.
• Lead configuration and customization and oversee declarative and programmatic customizations, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs, middleware and ETL tools.
• Establish coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles for the project to take account of governance and best practices
• Partner with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery in agile
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency through proactive monitoring and tuning.
• Produce architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation for long-term maintainability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 4 - 8 years of Salesforce Education Cloud experience.
• Must have minimum 3 years of agile development methodologies experience.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization is mandatory.
• Must to have expertise in Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Certified in Salesforce Education Cloud / Service Cloud is required
• Service Cloud experience considered an advantage.
