Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Consultant with prior experience in the Private Education or Training sector to drive corporate enrolments and training sales. The role focuses on lead follow‑up, programme consultation, and conversion of prospects into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate corporate leads. Build and maintain relationships with students and corporate clients.
  • Handle enquiries and follow up on leads for academic programmes and/or training courses.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Conduct course consultations and advise prospective students or corporate clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to enrolment confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, education fairs, and open houses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and PEI requirements.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the Private Education or Training sector in Singapore.
