The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the education industry, and the ability to drive enrolment growth while maintaining high teaching and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the education centre
  • Manage and lead academic and administrative staff
  • Ensure compliance with MOE / regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Drive student enrolment, retention, and overall centre performance
  • Handle parent communications, feedback, and issue resolution
  • Monitor centre financials, budgeting, and cost control
  • Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and promotional activities
  • Maintain high standards of teaching quality and customer service
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the education or training industry
  • Prior experience as a Centre Manager / Academic Manager / Operations Manager preferred
  • Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
