Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager from the Private Education / Training sector to lead student enrolment and corporate training sales. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and strengthening partnerships within Singapore’s education and training ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end sales activities for academic programmes and/or professional training courses
  • Drive student enrolment targets and corporate training revenue in line with business goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with PEI regulatory requirements (e.g. CPE / EduTrust framework)
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales/admissions team to achieve monthly and annual KPIs
  • Oversee lead generation, follow‑ups, conversion tracking, and pipeline management
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agents, and partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the education sector
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and forecasts to management
  • Work closely with marketing and academic teams to support programme launches and promotions
Requirements
  • Minimum 4‑5 years of sales experience in the Private Education or Training sector in Singapore
  • Proven track record in student enrolment sales and/or corporate training sales
  • Prior experience managing a sales or admissions team
  • Strong understanding of Singapore PEI operating environment and compliance considerations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Target‑driven, results‑oriented, and hands‑on leadership style
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
