Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Fundraising Manager to develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of donors, partners, and sponsors. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in fundraising or business development and knowledge of the Charities Act. Responsibilities include implementing fundraising strategies, liaising with donors, and preparing grant proposals. Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Knowledge of the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies across various avenues.
- Liaise with donors, sponsors, and partners throughout the fundraising process.
- Prepare grant applications, proposals, and required reports.
- Coordinate with teams on budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Skills
Location: Woodlands
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm. Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (After Confirmation 1 day WFH in a week.)
Salary: $5000-$5800
We are seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of donors, partners, and sponsors. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Partnerships, this role leads fundraising strategy, execution, and donor management to support long-term financial sustainability.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and grants.
- Set and monitor annual fundraising targets with management and Finance team.
- Align fundraising initiatives with organisational funding needs.
- Liaise with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Execute donor engagement activities, campaigns, and reporting.
- Oversee donor database, records, and giving history.
- Produce donor-specific content such as proposals and impact updates.
- Research and evaluate grant opportunities.
- Prepare grant applications, proposals, and required reports.
- Work with Communications team on fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Services, Finance, and Operations teams on budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Use data to refine fundraising strategies.
- 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Knowledge of the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
