Responsibilities

  • Handle and draft email correspondences.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying.
  • Sort out letters and mails for distribution.
  • Follow up on clients’ documents for submissions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and perform data entry.
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare meeting slides and minutes.
  • Procure office supplies and stationery.
  • Manage payroll and CPF contribution for employees.
  • Compile and file company expenses and accounts.
  • Organise travel plans for the Director.
  • Assist in coordinating events and trainings.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Meticulous and well-organised
