A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects. The role involves project planning, execution, and compliance with local regulations. Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years in leadership. Strong leadership and project management skills are crucial for success in this high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects including roadworks, milling & patching, and pipelaying.
Oversee project management teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and safety standards.
Liaise with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
Develop project execution strategies, budgets, resource planning, and risk mitigation measures.
Implement and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and environmental compliance across all job sites.
Ensure adherence to all relevant government regulations and standards applicable to civil and utility works.
Lead team development, performance management, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure construction with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale roadwork and pipelaying projects in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of local regulatory, safety, and quality standards (Government Projects).
Excellent leadership, project planning, and stakeholder management skills.
