Lead and oversee the SEO function, managing a team of 10 SEO technical specialists and 3 SEO project executives, to drive organic growth and online visibility for client websites.

• Develop, implement, and oversee SEO strategies across website architecture, content, internal linking, and technical factors to improve rankings for target keywords and enhance overall online visibility.
• Collaborate with client website developers to implement analytics code, metadata, tracking pixels, and resolve technical issues affecting performance measurement and SEO.
• Guide and mentor the SEO team to ensure effective execution of strategies, quality assurance, campaign measurement, and iterative optimization.
• Analyse and interpret SEO campaign data, generating insights and reports to inform client recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Work closely with clients and agency partners to align SEO campaigns with business objectives, delivering customised solutions that achieve measurable results.
• Recommend and oversee content development strategies in alignment with SEO goals, ensuring high‑quality, optimised content.
• Ensure all client deliverables are actionable, including performance trends, industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps.
• Manage service line client relationships, leading regular phone and in‑person/online meetings to review performance and strategy.
• Stay ahead of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing trends, evaluating and integrating new developments into strategies.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 10 Years of hands‑on experience in SEO execution preferred.
• Possess working knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRO.
• Track record of successful experience working on SEO campaigns.
• Agency experience is a must.
• An eye for detail.
• Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills, and strong Excel skills.
• Strong organisational skills and project management ability.
