Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and operations of cloud-related platforms and data centers.
• Manage operations and modernization of the Secure Cloud platform from design to deployment.
• Drive vision and direction of the Secure Cloud platform aligned to business needs.
• Implement process improvements for reliable cloud usage.
• Ensure success of infrastructure setup and governance standards.
• Develop and communicate project plans and risks to stakeholders.
• Liaise with architecture teams to scope and design requirements.
• Support programs in articulating cloud strategy.
• Align operational strategies with Senior Technology management.
• Maintain technical documentation for releases.
• Handle escalations and improve delivery processes.

Job description

• Responsible for leading the strategy, delivery and operations of all our cloud-related platforms, data centers, global networks and service delivery management
• Manage operations and modernization of the Secure Cloud platform from end-to-end, from planning to design and deployment
• Partner with technology and our transformation and capacity partners to drive vision and direction of the Secure Cloud platform, ensuring product strategy and roadmap aligns to business needs
• Drive process improvement and change management to enable efficient, stable and reliable use of the cloud
• Ensure success of the infrastructure setup and in creation of cloud data policy and governance standards
• Develop and communicate key project plans, timeframes, changes and risks, including release details and requirements to senior management and stakeholders
• Liaise with architecture team to scope requirements, design, configuration and deployment
• Support key programs in articulating their cloud strategy & enablement
• Communicate with Senior Technology and Functions management in aligning implementation and operational strategies
• Oversee and maintain technical documentation process for all releases
• Handle escalations, continually works towards improvements in the delivery process
