• Oversee full-cycle project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of all assigned projects.

• Develop, manage, and track detailed project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.

• Coordinate and supervise site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards, contractual obligations, and governing codes.

• Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, and budgets, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

• Monitor project costs, resources, and work progress to prevent delays, control expenses, and achieve targeted financial outcomes.

• Lead and mentor the project team—including engineers, supervisors, and quantity surveyors—to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, site challenges, and project risks promptly, while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

• Min 5 years relevant experience

• Relevant experience required in supervising commercial and government project

• Valid Class 3 driving license
