As an Assistant Manager, Strategic Operations (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate and align activities and processes across the division to ensure effective service delivery.
- Lead quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for grant management, including funding applications and progress report submissions.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for effective tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand key work processes and address business challenges through data‑driven solutions.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making and present findings to management.
- Design and implement operational strategies, track performance metrics, and monitor progress towards short‑ and long‑term objectives.
- Facilitate sector partnerships and stakeholder engagements, where applicable.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in any relevant fields.
- Possess a minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in operations & project management.
