As an Admin Assistant (Allied Health & Operations)

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support AHO Manager in administrative functions for Senior Mobility & Enabling Fund (SMF), One-Rehab, Linen & Laundry, and general clerical tasks.
  • Collaborate with therapists to support the application process for funding and the procurement of therapy equipment.
  • Track delivery of therapy devices, verify billing accuracy, and maintain organised filing systems and records.
  • Perform SMF Fund Administrator duties, including claim preparation, submission to AIC, and ledger reconciliation.
  • Ensure completeness and compliance of SMF documentation and assist with audit requirements.
  • Manage stationery inventory and submit requests for replenishment when necessary.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
