A telecommunications solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to deliver telecommunication software projects and provide technical support. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and skills in database technology, Linux, and Python. Ideal candidates will have experience in telecommunications BSS projects and a positive customer service attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Formación

Job Descriptions
Involves the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support to existing and new customers.
Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
Having one of the technical skills such as database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, Shell script.
Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
Required language: English. Candidate who can speak or read Mandarin is an added advantage.
Resourceful, good analytical and problem-solvingskills with positive customer service attitude.
Self-motivated, teamwork and able to work independently.
