The Marketing, Communications & Programme Assistant Manager plays a key role in shaping Suncare SG’s brand presence, strengthening community engagement, and delivering meaningful programmes that support the well‑being and resilience of children and youth.
You will work closely with Community Partnerships Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding, Marketing & Communications
- Develop, update, and maintain Suncare’s brand assets and ensure consistent application across all communication platforms.
- Manage and maintain Suncare’s social media platforms (i.e. Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Build and manage Suncare’s content calendar across social media, newsletters, and the website.
- Oversee brand visuals across Suncare sites and programme spaces.
- Craft key messages, campaign narratives, and content for donor engagement, programme highlights, and partnerships.
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing merchandise from product selection and design to production and inventory.
- Support communication strategies for internal announcements, community programmes, and organisational events.
2. Programme Planning & Delivery (Webinars & Related Programmes)
- Plan, design, and coordinate a series of webinars and online learning programmes for children, youth, parents, volunteers, and community partners.
- Develop webinar calendars, including themes, guest speakers, and learning objectives.
- Source, liaise, and support speakers and panellists, including briefing and rehearsal sessions.
- Oversee full webinar execution from technical setup, participant engagement, Q&A management, and post‑session communications.
- Create supporting materials such as decks, learning sheets, digital toolkits, and social media snippets.
- Coordinate complementary offline or digital engagement programmes that extend the learning from the webinars.
- Ensure safe, meaningful, and high‑quality learning experiences for all participants.
- Track registrations, attendance, engagement metrics, and learning outcomes to continually improve programme effectiveness.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Develop success metrics and feedback frameworks to evaluate webinars, campaigns, and programmes.
- Manage post‑event and post‑programme feedback collection from participants, volunteers, and partners.
4. Content Development & Leadership Support
- Support senior leaders in preparing keynote speeches, recorded messages, or podcast content, including scriptwriting and rehearsals.
- Draft articles, case stories, programme summaries, and partnership features.
- Ensure storytelling reflects Suncare’s mission of building resilience, confidence, and care in children and youth.
