Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Project Coordinator / Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong drive and leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing architectural projects from concept through completion. This role is key to ensuring seamless collaboration among internal design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors, while upholding project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. The right person is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with the architectural design and delivery process.

Job Description – Lead Project Coordinator / Project Lead
  • Manage and coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across all design stages.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Act as main liaison between clients, internal design teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of drawing packages and design documentation.
  • Track design revisions, approvals, and correspondence to ensure project clarity and consistency.
  • Proactively identify project issues or design gaps, propose preliminary solutions, and consult senior team members for guidance.
  • Prepare quick sketches or solution outlines based on internal discussions, before handing over drawing tasks to the technical team for development.
  • Support design teams in ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and project requirements are met.
  • Identify project risks, delays, or issues and elevate or resolve them proactively.
  • Maintain organised project documentation, logs, records, and communication archives.
  • Assist in resource planning and guide junior coordinators or project assistants.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration across stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture
  • 5–10+ years of experience in architecture, design consultancy, or construction project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of design stages, drawing packages, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
