The Opportunity: Be Part of Our Growth Team

Our Growth Team is central to Airwallex’s mission, focusing on user acquisition and strategic market expansion. We utilize data and advanced technologies to create seamless, intuitive experiences that help millions of users discover, engage with, and benefit from our products.

Our team works on optimizing new-user funnels, onboarding processes, designing scalable architectures for high-traffic pages, building robust A/B testing frameworks, and integrating global marketing platforms. The contributions of the Growth team directly influence how we attract and retain customers worldwide.

Joining the Growth team provides a unique opportunity to be involved in the most critical stages of our product lifecycle and to play a key role in our global expansion efforts.

This role is available in Singapore and San Francisco.

1. Lead a team of engineers, set goals and development targets, and support their growth through feedback and development plans.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and develop technical solutions and execution plans.
3. Design, implement, and deliver software functionalities.
4. Analyze and validate technical designs for software functions.
5. Review code from team members to ensure quality standards.
6. Work with Product Managers to build a backlog that contributes to the product roadmap.
7. Participate in hiring, training, and developing engineering team members.
8. Foster collaboration between your team and other local/global engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.
