About the job

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience supporting IT or digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define clear functional and non-functional specifications.


• Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, process flows, and use cases.


• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects, QA) to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.


• Support the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.


• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.


• Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and user guides.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.


• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.


• Strong understanding of business process mapping, data flow analysis, and system integration concepts.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.


• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
