Key Responsibilities:
Support Community Centre/Club operations relating to the Vouchers schemes.
Attend to residents at the CC counters and if needed, perform house visits for residents
Assist to perform data entry and process appeal application forms.
Provide administrative support to the Offices beyond Vouchers schemes.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation with professional demeanour
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic administrative and organisational skills
Working Location and hours
Assign to Nearest Community Centre
5 day work week scheduled according to the community center operation hours
