  • Responsible for full spectrum of finance functions.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions for the company and its affiliates.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable including staff claims
  • Bank Reconciliation and day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Statutory submission including but not limited to annual tax submission, ACRA annual return.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and any other external institutions.
  • Provide administrative support to other business functions
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Polytechnic /Diploma in accountancy or LCCI diploma in accountancy or equivalent
  • 3 years related experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Million accounting software preferred
  • Strong practical accounting knowledge and skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including precise accuracy of data entry
  • Detailed follow-through abilities and strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
