Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive / Senior Billing Executive to join our Air Freight Forwarding Division. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers, supporting cash flow, and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder communication. Whether you are more hands‑on with billing processes or have experience leading billing operations and planning, we welcome candidates across mid to senior levels who are passionate about delivering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner based on job files and agreed service terms.
• Liaise with the operations and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Work closely with the internal finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding billing queries, credit notes, and payment matters.
• Support month‑end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognition.
• For senior candidates:
  Oversee and guide junior billing staff as needed.
  Collaborate with management on billing strategies and process improvements.
  Provide regular reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  Serve as the key point of contact for cross‑functional billing issues and escalations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of billing experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and invoice validation.
• Good knowledge of billing systems, documentation, and freight forwarding processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
