A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Admin Support staff to provide administrative and customer service support to its career centre. Responsibilities include accurate data entry, appointment bookings, and follow-ups with jobseekers. Candidates should have at least an O level qualification, be multilingual, and possess prior customer service experience. As an Admin Support staff, you will be providing administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations. Your duties include:
O level and above qualification
Able to converse in English & another 2nd language
Preferably to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
Meticulous, independent and a team-player
Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months contract (Subject to extend) (Immediate)
Workday: Monday to Friday
Work hours: 830am – 6pm
Location: Jurong East/Raffles Place/Tampines
