About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at PMI Singapore Pte Ltd. This full‑time position is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Attend to sales inquiries, prepare quotations & follow up
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers on sales orders and inquiries
  • Perform inventory management
  • Liaise and coordinate with the warehouse on sales orders
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office‑related services and items
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist the director on administrative matters
  • Ad hoc other duties assigned
What we’re looking for
  • Min ‘O’ Level
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsPositive attitude & self‑motivating
