Industrial Engineer: Lean Cost Optimization
Job summary
A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity. The role involves analyzing production workflows, conducting time studies, and implementing lean strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and over 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is essential, along with skills in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve production workflows and material handling.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies.
