Job description
What the role is:

Provide dedicated support for the division’s digital transformation efforts, ensuring successful implementation of automation and AI-enhanced processes.

What you will be working on:
  1. Digital Initiative Support – Lead proof‑of‑concept evaluation for automation tools and AI solutions that align with KM’s strategic initiatives. Coordinate validation testing to ensure solutions deliver measurable efficiency improvements before deployment. Support implementation of digital solutions to reduce manual processing and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Process Automation and Enhancement – Configure and test automation workflows using GovTech digital solutions. Support enhancement of AI‑assisted record management capabilities. Coordinate implementation of digital knowledge management solutions.
  3. Quality Assurance – Conduct system testing across digital transformation initiatives to ensure reliability and user acceptance. Document processes and develop user guides for sustainable adoption. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination – Facilitate usability testing and gather stakeholder feedback. Support change management activities for smooth transition to digital processes.
