Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related fields and proficiency in Python, Perl, Tcl, or C/C++. Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python, Perl, Tcl or C/C++ for flow development and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of digital design and circuit design.
• Strong understanding of foundation IP design and layout dependent effects.
• Experience with FinFet/Nanosheet technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex circuit blocks and test keys for leading-edge process nodes.
• Work with layout engineers for design implementation and verification.
• Perform layout extraction and analyze simulation data.
• Develop processing flow for silicon data analysis and AI model regression.
• Tackle modelling difficulties with circuit designers and tool vendors.
