Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. They are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team.

• Manages all social media channels, campaigns, to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
• Researches and analyses social media trends, social media influencers, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
• Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
• Optimising content for publication across various social media sites.
• Plan and schedule content in advance.
• Research new social media trends and hashtags.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on each of their accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

• Degree / Diploma in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements
• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various events
