Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assists in the preparation of consolidated monthly reporting, budget and projection files such as P/L, volume, headcount etc. from the submission from institutions
  • Analyses monthly P/L, monitor against budget and provide commentaries to report to management for institution assigned
  • Prepares quarterly entertainment report to send to GCEO
Fixed Assets/ Projects Claims Management
  • Tracks and prepares updates to Senior Management on CAPEX utilisation for both funded and self-funded projects
  • Tracks and submits claims for MOH funded development projects
  • Monitors various project funds usage through coordination with relevant stakeholders
Capital project Post Implementation Review (PIR)
  • Tracks and prepares updates to Senior Management on Capital projects post implementation review.
  • Identified projects for PIR monitoring shall be presented at EGM, Digital Health Management Committee (DHMC), Board Digital Health Committee (DHC), Executive General Meeting (EGM) and Board Steering Committee (SC). To follow-up closely with institutions to ensure that they have carried out PIR on a timely manner after project was introduced and operationalised for a stable duration.
  • Prepare necessary materials for tabling at the above committees.
Subvention Disbursement
  • Engage MOHH/MOH for subvention related queries, subvention funding gaps etc.
  • Check completeness and accuracy of subvention receipts from MOHH/MOH
  • Compute allocation of subvention to institutions and scheduled timely disbursement to the institutions.
  • Confirmation of subvention amounts to stakeholders such as AGO, MOH, Auditor etc.
  • Periodic reconciliation of subvention amounts including subvention ageing and GL movement for annual audit purpose
  • Keep track of Letters of Awards (LOAs) issued by MOH and monitoring institutions fulfilment of obligations in accordance to the signed LOAs.
Administrative
  • Performs collation of statistics and data
  • Performs other ad hoc administrative duties
