Job description
Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough market research to understand the target audience, market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics. Analysing data to identify opportunities and challenges.
Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, print, and events. This includes setting campaign goals, creating content, managing budgets, and monitoring performance.
Brand Management
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to maintain brand identity and reputation.
Customer Insights
  • Gathering and analysing customer insights to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviours. Using this information to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to better resonate with the target audience.
Digital Marketing
  • Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Generating reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
