A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a seasoned operations manager to lead the customer-facing team in data center operations. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal service delivery, team leadership, and managing expenses. To lead a team to be the customer facing unit for all operations related matters pertaining to customers' needs and requirements in their respective DC halls. To provide and ensure a high level of customer experience, delivering full end to end operational support services to customers. To ensure a well-run operations team that delivers optimal customer experience and meets all SLAs. To ensure all equipment and buildings are optimally maintained. To manage allocated expenditures (OPEX and CAPEX) within the approved allocations for implementation across all DCs. To lead, motivate, and ensure all DC staff are well trained. To engage customers and various institutions as necessary to resolve issues. To support the Operations Team in the various DCs on a 24x7 basis.
