Overview

Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking aProduct Manager (SW) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our cloud-based dashboard for robot fleet management and monitoring.
• Identify and analyze the pain points of stakeholders, such as cleaning supervisors, admins, and support teams, to ensure the product meets their needs.
• Design and analyze dashboards to track product success metrics and guide decision-making.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and plan development milestones.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development, timely launches, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with the deployment of robots, ensuring successful installation and provide ongoing support and training.
• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
• Continuously monitor and report on product performance, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in product management, software development, product design, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience defining, managing, or launching software and AI-driven features.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL; ability to understand and work with technical software and AI concepts.
• Proven experience in creating go-to-market strategies and managing product timelines to align with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience working within Agile development processes.
• Capable of creating low-fidelity prototypes to quickly validate ideas and concepts.
• Experience with AI, software integrated products, and robotics is highly preferred.
• Experience with robotics or other hardware products is a plus.
• Certifications like Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
