We are looking for a detail-oriented Beverage Sales & Supply Chain Assistant to support our operations by coordinating with supermarkets, suppliers, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with supermarkets and suppliers to track orders and stock levels.

• Monitor and analyze inventory data to assist with restocking and logistics.

• Prepare product reports, sales data summaries, and other documentation.

• Assist with general office administrative tasks (e.g., filing, customer follow-ups).

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a sales assistant, logistics coordinator, or admin clerk is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for basic data analysis.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the beverage/FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry is preferred but not mandatory.
