Working Hours
  • Mon – Thu: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

(with 1-hour lunch break)

Salary Range

Manager: $4,380 (Degree with at least 2 years of work experience / Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)

About the Role

SE requires temporary staff to support the team with clearing backlog cases, case management and other administrative tasks as required. This is due to the high volume of open cases, particularly appeal cases for financial support including MP Appeals.

Job Requirements
  • Tertiary education (Diploma/Degree) in any discipline, preferably with 2–3 years of working experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or data analytics skills. Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Tableau and Power BI (for data analytics).
  • Pleasant, motivated self-starter who displays initiative and is a good team player.
  • Good time management, resourceful and able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
