Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Senior Sales Manager (Associate Practice Engagement Manager) to lead business growth in the areas of data transformation, analytics, cloud modernization, and AI across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in selling and managing large-scale data analytics, cloud transformation, and AI-driven projects, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of data transformation, analytics, AI, and cloud modernization solutions.
  • Identify client needs, define opportunities, and deliver tailored transformation strategies.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements and present compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence across large-scale transformation programs.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful execution of data and AI initiatives.
  • Lead both reactive and proactive discussions with clients around Generative AI, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Support strategic account growth through cross-selling opportunities and innovation-driven conversations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in sales, business growth, relationship management, or account management, with a focus on data, cloud, and AI transformation.
  • Proven track record in selling data analytics, AI solutions, and transformation services within IT or consulting environments.
  • Strong exposure to data and AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
  • Solid experience in large-scale cloud transformation projects, including data migration and modern data architecture implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Experience with Sales of AI Governance and Ethical AI frameworks.
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with business partners up to C-level executives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the data lifecycle, including data governance, data quality, master data management, and enterprise data management architecture.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with proven ability to engage executive audiences.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of modern data architecture, AI/ML, IoT, and intelligent automation.
  • Understanding of data modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation best practices.
  • Ability to appreciate and manage end-to-end aspects of the data and insights lifecycle across the business value chain.
  • Awareness of industry trends, client challenges, and emerging opportunities in data, cloud, and AI domains.
