Job summary
A renowned company is seeking a Cook skilled in Vietnamese cuisine. Responsibilities include preparing dishes, ensuring quality and hygiene, and collaborating with team members. Ideal candidates should be service-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and can handle a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must be able to perform shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in cooking Vietnamese cuisine is a plus.
- Friendly demeanor, strong hygiene practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in a timely manner.
- Ensure supply adequacy at cooking stations.
- Collaborate on menu preparations.
Skills
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
- Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
- Able to cook vietnamese cuisine, snackes, spring roll, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Friendly and service oriented
- Able to perform shift; work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation
