Job description

SALARY will depend on:

1) No. of years of experience in the childcare industry

POSITION:

• Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role depending on the years of experience
• Located in Tampines (walking distance to MRT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths, and provide regular feedback for professional development.
• Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
• Respond to parents' inquiries and feedback.
• Be familiar with ECDA CMS for children's enrollment and subsidy applications.
• Align the centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirements.
• Lead a team and report to the centre director/manager.
• Possess strong communication skills and motivate staff to improve performance.
• Create a positive working environment with confidence.
• Work independently and collaborate closely with management and parents.
• Actively participate in the enrollment of children.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers and foster team bonding.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese language.
