We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Avaloq Solution Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Be accountable for designing IT solutions that align with business needs and technical/non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and meeting HSBC’s performance standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the needs, goals, and scope of upcoming projects, ensuring that the technical design aligns with business objectives, and provide detailed cost estimates for solution development, customization, and integration.
• Guide the technical team to ensure Avaloq is effectively integrated with other systems and is customized accordingly.
• Provide technical insights and guidance to Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Provide best practices in developing the system to ensure solutions are effective, efficient, maintain high quality standards, and are maintainable over time.
• Work with the vendor to support ongoing solution enhancements, monitor regulatory updates, and understand the technical roadmap.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes, identify system gaps, find opportunities for optimization, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain close interactions with internal clients, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders through regular project updates and effective networking.
