- Possessing an Insurance Certificate in General Insurance will be a strong advantage.

As part of our dynamic telesales team, you will:
Achieve sales targets and meet key campaign performance metrics, including call quality and operational standards
Make outbound calls to promote our products to both new and existing customers, using clear and confident product knowledge
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to maximize customer value
Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales
Ensure all sales activities are fully compliant with industry regulations and meet high standards for quality and professionalism
Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our system
